Introducing our first Mixology Class at the Riviera on January 14 at 6pm. Our theme for January’s class will be Speak Easy.
Learn to make three cocktails: Bees Knees (Gin), French 75 (vodka) and a Blackberry Bourbon Smash (Bourbon).
Each drink will be paired with a dish. Our three dishes will be Ricotta Bruschetta with Spicy Chili Honey (Bees Knees), Pasta with vodka sauce and Parmesan chicken breast (French 75), and Chocolate Bourbon Mousse Cake (Blackberry Bourbon Smash).
Tickets are $40 per person and include ingredients for all three cocktails, all three courses of food pairings, instruction, coffee, tea, water and soda.
Doors will open at 5:30pm and the class will begin at 6:00pm.
