SUMMARY:Mixology Class
DESCRIPTION:Introducing our first Mixology Class at the Riviera on January 
 14 at 6pm. Our theme for January's class will be Speak Easy. \n\nLearn to 
 make three cocktails: Bees Knees (Gin)\, French 75 (vodka) and a Blackberr
 y Bourbon Smash (Bourbon). \n\nEach drink will be paired with a dish. Our 
 three dishes will be Ricotta Bruschetta with Spicy Chili Honey (Bees Knees
 )\, Pasta with vodka sauce and Parmesan chicken breast (French 75)\, and C
 hocolate Bourbon Mousse Cake (Blackberry Bourbon Smash).\n\nTickets are $4
 0 per person and include ingredients for all three cocktails\, all three c
 ourses of food pairings\, instruction\, coffee\, tea\, water and soda.\n\n
 Doors will open at 5:30pm and the class will begin at 6:00pm.\n\n##Must be
  21 and older to attend this event.##
