Located near the main entrance to the Broughton Nature and Wildlife Education Area on State Route 821 in the activity center of The Park. It has a kitchen for food brought in by users and caterers, a presentation system, a patio, fire pit, and many other features. All entrances are ADA-compliant. Available year-round to local governments, schools, nonprofit organizations, community groups and organizations, businesses, professionals, families, and others can reserve the building for private or public events. Our Community Building can accommodate up to 289 guests and has 130 parking spaces. Ask about use of tables, chairs, presentation equipment, cold/prep kitchen, catering/beverage closet and outside keg holder.
