About The CVB

Since 1962, the Marietta-Washington County Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) has promoted top-quality travel and tourism in Southeast Ohio. By highlighting memorable adventures across our dynamic region, we support the work of so many local business owners and attractions that deliver on the visitor experience.

Our organization and its mission are critical to the overall economic vitality of Washington County and the surrounding region. Tourism provides more than two thousand local jobs and more than 5 million dollars in local tax revenue. Our impressive return on investment speaks for itself: For every $1 the CVB spends promoting the area, around $40 is returned in visitor spending.
