John & Bill have been playing music together in the Mid-Ohio Valley for over 40 years.
Their live performances, whether as a duo or in full-band (The Troubadours), are well known and have been enjoyed by thousands of music lovers over the years. John is also a widely known singer/songwriter who penned the beloved song-cycle The Fields of Gettysburg.

The Carpenter Ants have been a band for over 35 years and are the pride of Charleston, West Virginia – they are tight and groovy! The Carpenter Ants have toured all over the country and the world. Michael Lipton, the band’s leader, is also the driving force behind The West Virginia Music Hall of Fame and has been the guitarist for the Mountain Stage band since the late 1980’s.
