Hipp Stage Productions is pleased to bring to the Peoples Bank Theatre stage, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat! There will be five opportunities to see this show that showcases a mix of both professional talent from across the country and the Mid- Ohio Valley.

Written in 1968 and featuring lyrics by Tim Rice and music by Andrew Lloyd-Webber, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat features iconic pop and musical theatre tunes known around the world, such as Any Dream Will Do, Close Every Door, and Go Go Go Joseph. The musical tells the journey of Joseph, son of Jacob and one of twelve brothers, and his coat of many colors. Based on the Bible’s Book of Genesis and originating from a cantata written for a school choir, Joseph is a much-loved family classic. A lively and colorful journey from Canaan to Egypt, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat follows the rags to riches story of Joseph, his 11 brothers, their wives, the people they encounter, and the coat of many colors.
