Belpre officially kicks off the Holiday Lights Festival with a lighted parade. Throughout the season, visitors enjoy over 200 lights displays in Civitan Park, on buildings, and in various city locations. An evening of viewing the colorful lights will help even the grinchiest get into the holiday spirit.
