The Multi-Cultural Festival, which has been held in Parkersburg, WV for the last 30 years, will be held in Belpre, OH this year. The times are Friday, 6 pm to 10 p.m., Saturday, noon to 10 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m. The festival encourages the appreciation and recognition of community diversity through entertainment, cuisine, education, and artistic expression of all cultures. Entrance is free.
