DESCRIPTION:\n\nOn Saturday\, May 24th\, 2025\, the 15th anniversary of the
  Sternwheel Festival Memorial 5k Run and Walk debuted a brand-new racecour
 se!\n\n\n\n\n\nNearly 400 participants came out to enjoy the new scenery t
 hat included the American flag-lined Putnam St Bridge. Traffic was stopped
  for racers to cross the bridge safely and with a fantastic view of the Mu
 skingum and Ohio Rivers. Participants then traveled along the course into 
 the historic Harmar area of town and circled back to cross the Putnam Brid
 ge a second time. The last stretch of the race took place along Front St. 
 and the river trail/bike path\, leading finishers to cross the line at the
  gazebo in Muskingum Park.\n\n\n
