DESCRIPTION:Buell Island is home to a seven plus acre park located in the V
 illage of Lowell\, where Lowell Octoberfest takes place the second weekend
  in October. The weekend festivities include live entertainment\, flea mar
 ket\, beer garden\, and a raffle of handmade items. Most importantly\, the
  festival offers a variety of German food\, including its crowd-favorite G
 erman potato salad.\n\nFestival runs Saturday and Sunday\, October 4th and
  5th.
