 ichever comes first. A foam party is a social event at which participants 
 enjoy several feet of suds or bubbles\, dispensed from a foam machine. Thi
 s program is outside\, so weather permitting. Bring a change of clothes an
 d a towel. This program is for all ages and those under 5 must be accompan
