Muskingum River Parkway Operation Bulletin

SPRING OPERATING HOURS;

Memorial Day Weekend Hours: 

Friday, May 22, through Monday May 25, 2009, the locks will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., closing from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day.

                                                            Free Boating Weekend:

 Muskingum River Parkway invites you to boat and experience the Muskingum River and locks at no cost Friday, June 12 through Monday June 15, 2009 during normal operating hours.

 FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND HOURS:

Friday July 3, through Monday July 6 2009, the locks will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., closing from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day.

Labor Day Weekend Hours:

Friday, September 4, through Monday, September 7, 2009, the locks will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., closing from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day.                                              

Special Notice Lock  #11 

Lock #11-Ellis, will remain closed during the entire 2009 boating season

• Special Arrangements can be made (w/ additional fee) for times outside the normal operational hours. This can be done by calling the park office with at least a 48 hour notice and is subject to manpower availability.
